Word's Document Retrieval Menus

There are a couple of very useful menus in Word that allow you to quickly access documents you've been working on recently. And one of them is an optional menu, meaning it doesn't display by default. That's too bad, because since most users don't take the time to venture around Word, they miss out on this very useful menu! Many users also don't know about the Most Recently Used (MRU) list.
