Microsoft Project: 35 – Contouring Work Assignments

Project provides simplistic assignments of planed work, like assuming a resource will work full time on a task. Assignment of a resource results in the work being spread evenly across the duration. Life is, perhaps, not that simple in your world! So, this month we’ll begin to explore the Resource Usage view to see how to contour work during the planning phases.
