Outlook Options - Explained, Part 2

In Part 1 we looked at the email and junk mail options in Outlook 2003 and 2007, under Tools > Options > Preferences > Email. In this article, we'll continue through the Preferences tab and I'll explain the rest of the options that can be set for Calendar, Tasks, Contacts and Notes.
