Skill rating level 2.

In this free subscriber video, you'll learn how to easily insert Word fields into your document so that important information will automatically be displayed. You can then have data such as FileName, Path, Author, Print Date/Time or other notations added to documents.

This type of information can be very useful. Maybe you print out a lot of versions and want to make sure that the final printout is the one that goes to the client. Or maybe you want the path printed with documents to ensure that you can easily find the original. This video will show you how to do it...in both Word 2003 and 2007.
