Jonathan West has been a Microsoft Word MVP since 1997. He is a consultant
in the telecoms industry, specialising in standardization, testing and certification
issues for telecoms equipment.
Also, Jonathan is an expert programmer in Microsoft Word, having created templates
and macros for customers in Britain, Europe and the US. He is the author of
MultiLinker, a program which automates the process of cross-referencing
