Logical Expressions, Inc. is a company that specializes in helping businesses create, manage and distribute content. The company is dedicated to offering affordable tools and services you can use to leverage your online or offline content and dramatically increase your profitability. As publishers ourselves, we understand the needs of small publishing companies. The Logical Web Publisher came about because we couldn't find a tool to put our own magazine online. Frustrated with expensive or unreliable tools, we enlisted our own programmer to write the software. The StorySince 1995 Logical Expressions, Inc. has been a programming and publishing company. In 1999, we wanted to share our computer knowledge with other people, so we came out with a free computer magazine for our local area called Computor Companion. We added the magazine articles to our company web site (www.logicalexpressions.com), but putting the magazine online was a huge chore. It was a challenge to keep our article archive up-to-date, even though we had in-house HTML expertise. The Magazine ManagerWe looked around for a content management system and quickly realized that the available tools either cost a fortune or were complete garbage. So in his spare time, our programmer wrote we called the LEI Magazine Manager (LMM), the precursor to the Logical Web Publisher. The Computor Companion site went live in 2000 and quickly started to get a lot of traffic, even from folks outside of our local area who had never seen the print magazine. Then the "Googlebots" and other search engine spiders found our content and went nuts. Our traffic increased even more. The Logical Web PublisherAfter a lot of work on new features and documentation, we started selling the Logical Web Publisher. After we started our first ezine, we realized that the software could be used for a lot more than just magazines. It was great for archiving ezines, newsletters, journals, and other content. We currently run three ezines and all of our archives are in the Logical Web Publisher. Because our archives are online, they continue to earn us significant advertising income every month. Articles we wrote years ago continue to make us money. Over the years, we have added many features to the Logical Web Publisher based on feedback from our users. Most recently, we included a new article preview feature and article popularity statistics because Logical Web Publisher users thought they'd be cool. They were right. It's more proof that if you can imagine it, we can probably include it.
